  • Original packaging and certificates must be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized jewelry
  • Special-order products
  • Items damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
